Delegate procurement to AI agents.
With Lemma, you can hand routine ordering to an AI agent as a delegation scoped by spend ceiling, budget category, and approved vendors: inside that scope the agent orders autonomously, and outside it the request simply stops — so you hand over scope, not the whole decision.

- Procurement / purchasing
“We want to automate routine ordering, but can't hand vendor selection wholesale to the AI”
- Accounting
“We want budget control on orders enforced in real time”
- Audit
“We want the authority behind an AI's order to be verifiable after the fact”
Hand over the source, or just the facts?
Change what reaches the AI, and the leakage risk goes with it.

The procurement team issues a signed delegation with a spend ceiling, approved vendors, categories and validity. Before confirming an order, the agent verifies it stays within scope at runtime — ordering autonomously inside it and stopping outside it. Without disclosing supplier data or budgets, the fact "ordered within an authorized delegation" can be independently verified.

Only work that needs all three at once — pass without exposing, independent verification, tamper-proof — is Lemma's domain.

What's next
We enter through delegation design and a PoC, and stay alongside you through to operations.
- A 30-minute review — identify the items, categories and limits you want to order routinely.
- Design the delegation policy — define the combination of approved-vendor list and spend limit (scope / validUntil).
- Connect to your existing purchasing system — place Lemma's verification layer in front of the core system. Your existing stack keeps running.
- Prove one path via a PoC — implement auto-ordering for one category in 4 weeks, confirming in-scope ordering and out-of-scope stops.
- Hands-on support through operations — existing plan tiers (Civic / Critical / Compliance) serve only as a cost reference; the setup and pricing are designed together.
Tell us one workflow stalled on ordering automation, in the first 30 minutes. No disclosure of supplier data required.
